STEP 1: Discuss Your Dreams
We’ll first connect on your complimentary planning session. My goal is to develop a real, deep understanding of what you—and every member of your travel party!—want out of your vacation experience. That way, I can design something that speaks to all your travel dreams and goals.
I’ll also share the applicable non-refundable travel deposit during this session, which varies depending on the complexity and size of your trip. I collect this deposit after you sign your contract before I begin researching your trip. If you choose to book your trip through me, I will apply the entire deposit toward the cost of your trip!
STEP 2: Design Your Escape
Next, I’ll send you preliminary itineraries for your top 3 destinations—my goal is to make it easy for you to choose what most tugs at your heartstrings. We’ll continue to narrow down your options, refining your itinerary until it feels distinctively “you.” We may even schedule a second conversation together to dive deeper into your destination options.
STEP 3: Book It All
With your itinerary fully fleshed out, I’ll go ahead and take care of all the travel arrangements for you. This includes:
Flights
Hotel and/or cruise cabin reservations
Pre- and post-cruise packages
Ground transfers
Escorted tours
VIP excursions and private experiences
Special dining and show reservations
Travel insurance
STEP 4: Depart with Confidence
With every last detail taken care of for you, you’ll make your escape with complete peace of mind. You’ll have my full support while you travel, as well. If any travel issues arise simply reach out to me or one of my on-the-ground travel partners for assistance!
